The grand opening of the Forum, the plenary session where representatives of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, the chairman of the Belarusian Library Association, heads and leading specialists of the largest libraries of Belarus will address the audience.

Outdoors Forum events: workshops in the Minsk Regional Library named after A. Pushkin, the Fundamental Library of the Belarusian State University, the Scientific Library of the Belarusian National Technical University, the National Library of Belarus, the Centralized Public Library System in Minsk, the Centralized System of Children's Public Libraries in Minsk, the Central City Library in Zhodino.

Invited to participate:
Heads and specialists of libraries of all systems and departments of the Republic of Belarus, representatives of scientific and educational institutions, legislative and executive authorities, public associations and organizations.
Conditions of participation:
To participate in the Forum, it is necessary to take an online registration before May 1, 2018.
Meals, lodging and transportation fees are paid by participants of the conference.
The transfer to the outdoors event in the Central City Library in Zhodino is paid by the centralized means of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus.
