XI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Electronic Culture"
within the XXIX International Specialized Exhibition "TIBO"

We invite you to take part in the XI Scientific and Practical Conference "Electronic Culture".
The conference will be held on April 21, 2023 at the site of the XXIX International Specialized Exhibition "TIBO".

• institutions of culture, science and education in the context of digitalization: changes in status and functions, new forms of service and information provision, virtualization of services;
• historical and cultural heritage: preservation and popularization, creation of electronic content, use of information technologies;
• innovative technologies in the field of culture: "cloud", mobile, 3D technologies and others;;
• educational and socio-cultural activities, including those using the resources of libraries, museums, archives and other institutions.

Organizers:
The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus,
The National Library of Belarus.

Languages of the conference:
Russian, Belarusian language.

Invited speakers will take part in the conference.
Submission of a video recording of the report (for foreign participants) and presentation of the report (for Belarusian participants) - until April 14.
Time limit for reports - up to 15 minutes.
Participation of listeners is possible in face-to-face form as well as online form (broadcast).
Representatives of government authorities, heads and specialists of libraries, museums, archives, research organizations, educational institutions, developers and suppliers of software and electronic resources are invited to participate.

We invite speakers and listeners to register online at the portal of the National Library of Belarus or offline at the site of the XXIX International Specialized Exhibition "TIBO" immediately before the event.
