International Congress “The Library as a Culture Phenomenon”
The International Congress "The Library as a Phenomenon of Culture" is an outstanding event in the scientific, cultural and social life of the country.
The purpose of the conference is to consolidate the efforts of libraries, archives, museums, research institutes and other organizations to develop a common information and library space and strengthen inter-State cooperation in the humanitarian sphere.
The Congress is a complex event, during which plenary and breakout sessions, round tables, workshops, exhibitions and other activities are organized and held.
Every year the event gathers more than 500 delegates from different countries.
